Engaged with local government stakeholders and municipalities across Nepal to understand digital transformation needs, public service challenges, and opportunities for technology-driven governance.
Digital transformation in local government is not only about software. It is about understanding people, processes, policies, data, service delivery, and the real challenges faced by public institutions.
Through my experience engaging with municipalities and public sector stakeholders across Nepal, I developed a strong understanding of how digital systems can improve planning, reporting, citizen services, internal communication, and decision-making.
This journey helped me see the gap between traditional government workflows and the possibilities created by modern information systems, automation, data platforms, and citizen-focused digital services.
My role focused on understanding requirements, communicating with stakeholders, identifying workflow gaps, and exploring how technology can support transparent, efficient, and accessible public service delivery.
